ARE MACARONS GLUTEN FREE?
YES! All Macarons are made with almond flour, confectioner's sugar and egg whites, making them naturally gluten free. We take the extra step to make sure that all of our fillings are gluten free as well.
ARE MACARONS ALLERGEN FREE?
NO! All of our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including tree nuts, milk, eggs, peanuts and soy.
ARE ANY OF JOY MACARONS DAIRY FREE?
Yes! Our Strawberry Coconut macaron ice cream sandwich is dairy free and made with coconut cream and fresh strawberry puree.
HOW MUCH ARE JOY MACARONS?
JOY Macarons are $2.50 each
$14.50 for 6, $27.50 for 12, $52.50 for 24
JOY Macaron Ice Cream Sammies and boxes of ice cream are $6 each
DO YOU DO CORPORATE GIFTING?

GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain freshness, keep your macarons refrigerated for up to 3 days after purchase. Let them come to room temperature before serving.
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
JOY Macarons ships macarons to the Continental U.S. using FedEx 2Day. Orders are only shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will be shipped the following shipping day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday excluding business holidays. Our macarons are shipped in custom designed packaging to ensure the quality and freshness of our product. However, because of the fragile nature of macarons, some breakage of the macaron shell may occur. This will not affect the taste and quality of our product.
Due to impacts of COVID, FedEx no longer guarantees on-time delivery of 2Day shipments. As a result, JOY Macarons can not be responsible for late deliveries.

RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, JOY Macarons does not accept returns. There are no returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. FedEx will not to deliver to P.O. Boxes. JOY Macarons is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for FedEx. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. FedEx may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
SPECIAL ORDERS & LARGE QUANTITIES
When ordering quantities greater than 200 macarons please place your order at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date, otherwise rush fees may be incurred.
